Shipping policy

At mpMagnets, we want your personalised photo magnets to reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Options

Delivery

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as Australia Post. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s service standards and your location.

Standard delivery times within Australia are usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Next day delivery orders for South Australians need to be made before 2pm (AEST)
We currently do not ship internationally.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an automated email with tracking will be sent to the email provided. Please make sure to check your junk mail if you do not see anything in your main folder
If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been sent, we will be able to update it.
